HMP & YOI Parc – Bridgend, Wales. Category B men’s prison and young offender institution (YOI), capacity 1,599. 30-minute calls. Also offers Purple Post.
HMP Rye Hill – Rugby, Warwickshire. Category C men’s prison, capacity 840. 30-minute calls. Also offers Purple Post.
HMP Oakwood – Featherstone, West Midlands. Category C men’s prison, capacity 2,134 – one of the largest prisons in the UK. 30-minute calls.
Oakhill Secure Training Centre – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Secure training centre for young people aged 12 to 18, capacity 80. 60-minute calls.
HMP Dovegate – Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. Category B men’s prison, capacity 1,160. 30-minute calls.
HMP Doncaster – Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Category B men’s prison, capacity 1,145. 30-minute calls.
HMP Fosse Way – Leicester, Leicestershire. Category C men’s prison, capacity 1,680. Opened in 2023. 60-minute calls.
HMP Thameside – Thamesmead, London. Category B men’s prison, capacity 1,232. 60-minute calls.

La Moye Prison – St Brelade, Jersey. Jersey’s only prison, holding all categories, capacity 200. Run by the States of Jersey. Calls of 45 to 75 minutes depending on the slot. No free allowance: families pay per call, with no monthly limit.
Isle of Man Prison – Jurby, Isle of Man. The island’s only prison, holding all categories, capacity 144. Run by the Isle of Man Government. 30-minute calls. No free allowance: families pay per call, with no monthly limit.
