Uploading your ID:

 

Before you can take any action within the Purple Visits app you will need to have your account verified.

Part of this verification includes uploading your ID and a recent image of yourself:

Please take note of the image’s below and ensure the image you take during the verification process is taken in a well-lit room with your full face in focus.

Driving License Or Pass with photo ID

You can select the “driver’s license” option if you are using a drivers license or a photo ID card.

Please ensure when uploading a picture of your drivers license ID card that your camera is in portrait mode.

All four corners of your driver’s licence or ID card should be visible, the picture should be taken with your head facing upright:

 

Please ensure that your image is clear, and your name and address can clearly be seen it may help if you take the picture in a well light room.

Passport:

 

You can also use a passport to verify your account, please ensure when uploading a picture of your passport that your camera is in portrait mode.

 

 

All four corners of your passport should be visible, the picture should be taken with your head facing upright:

 

Please ensure that your image is clear, and your name and address can clearly be seen it may help if you take the picture in a well light room.

Utility bill:

 

If using a passport as your form of photo ID we will also need to confirm your address by using a recent utility bill, this can be a bank statement, water bill, council tax bill, etc. The bill needs to be in your name at your address. Please ensure when taking the image of the bill that the full document is in the image and your name and address are not obscured in any way.
